the staff was also very helpful and friendly throughout my trip. the hotel's location was great as it was within walking distance of many top attractions.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. I was disappointed that there were no English-speaking TV channels available, apart from US and China news.

I had a fantastic stay at The Tribune, a part of Jdv By Hyatt. The room was exceptional, with modern décor and a spacious bathroom. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me reorganize my taxi transfers for my cruise. The hotel also recommended great restaurants nearby, although their own restaurant on the top floor had amazing views. The complimentary bottle of bubbly in my room was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for its classy establishment, excellent service, and exceptional room.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety and the dining room was crowded. the size of the rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I recently stayed at a well-located hotel with great amenities here. The hotel is situated on a safely hidden street in a touristy area, that’s convenient for walking to most attractions. I was particularly impressed with the room amenities, including an iron, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff here were amazing, especially the eldest waiter on the breakfast team, who made our breakfast experience truly memorable. The garden furniture on the terrace was a nice touch, too.

For families interested in quality services and enhanced comfort, I would recommend this hotel.
